Extended Diagnostic Labor
If the diagnosis takes more than a basic assessment, additional labor time will be billed at the standard labor rate of $145/hour.

🔧 Non-Repairable or Declined Repairs Policy
If your machine is:

• Not repairable: It will not be reassembled. Customers must pick up or properly dispose of the equipment in its current disassembled condition.
  
  
• Repair declined: Reassembly is available at our standard labor rate of $145/hour, with a minimum charge of $290.
• Equipment not picked up within 48 hours of completion or customer request for return will be billed $60 per day per piece of equipment. Customers will be billed on days that we are closed (if you had your equipment ready on Friday and you did not pick up., you will be billed for Saturday and Sunday).
